We are extremely excited about our 2009 Pinot Gris. It is crisp, fruity, and full of richness. This wine was done in stainless steel to preserve its wonderful nose and keep the fruit flavor clean and zest. Grown in the Willamette Valley near Dallas, Oregon, this wine exudes lemon, grapefruit, and peach. A perfect food wine that goes with many types of cusines. Seafood and Salmon top the list of foods to pair but this wine is very versatile and can be enjoyed with salads, foie gras, or smoked cheeses.
