We are so happy the Myron Redford and Vikki Wetle shared some of their lovely special vines, planted in 1974, with us. The fruit is fabulous, and we crafted it to go on the dinner table with serious, heavy German food. But that is not an exclusive statement; feel free to find your own path to joy with our off-dry styling. Petrol, key limes and pine lift this friendly white into an effortless finish.This wine is made in an off dry style, so although it does have some residual sugar it behaves as though it is dry.
