From the crush pad into the cellar, our winemaker then aged the fruit for 18 months in the finest French and American Oak barrels to impart distinctive flavors and provide sound tannin structure. Sensory Description:The 2005 Cabernet Franc is lush garnet in appearance with hues of bright ruby in the glass. Aromas of concentrated plum mingled with spice, red currant, vanilla and violet awaken the nose.
