The Isaac Sonic has been developed by reducing the esential material to a minimum for ultra light weight. It employs 3K layer carbon in its true monocoque frame and fork. <BR><BR>The result of this new moulding is a frame weight that is approximately 880 grams in a size 54. The thinner more aerodynamic headtube while retaining the dual diameter steer tube for strength provides an inspired ride. The frameset include an Isaac 31.6 diameter carbon seatpost.<BR><BR>Strategic reinforcement with Ultra-High Modulus carbon 440 GPa reduces the quantity of carbon in the stressed areas of the structure. Finite element analysis insures that the structural integrity remains intact.<BR><BR>This design has been conceived to resist flexing and allow forces to flow, uninterrupted, throughout the monocoque structure - for unprecedented performance in such a low weight frame. <BR><BR>In all of its frames, Isaac utilises large diameter tube sections with large radius transitions.
