Fiery Fried Chicken :
2 to 3 lb Chicken cut into pieces
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 jar, 16oz Habanero Salsa
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Canola Oil
Put Chicken in large bowl and pour Salsa over chicken, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Put flour, salt and black pepper in a medium bowl. Add chicken a pew pieces at a time and coat them with the flour mixture. Heat oil in a large skillet until hot. Add chicken and brown on all sides. Turn down to medium heat and cook for 1 hour, turning often. Serves 4.
