Orange Chipotle grilling glaze
Salt and pepper to taste
Favorite dry rub (optional)
Place steaks skin down on medium heat. Lightly drizzle orange Chipotle grilling glaze on top. Close lid and cook for 10-12 minutes or until done and meat separates easily with a fork. Remove skin, transfer to serving plate, drizzle additional Orange Chipotle glaze on top for taste and presentation.
