Oriental Mustard Glaze for BBQ with Raspberry Wasabi Mustard :
1/2 cup Raspberry Wasabi Mustard
1/3 cup Raspberry vinegar
1/3 cup Light Brown Sugar (packed)
1/2 cup Honey
1 Tbs. Dark Oriental Sesame Oil
1 Tbs. Soy Sauce
Use this exotic Oriental style glaze for any barbecued meat. Whisk together Raspberry Wasabi Mustard, raspberry vinegar, sugar, honey, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
Simmer over moderate heat, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Cool, cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Glaze will keep for 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator. Yield: 1 Cup Glaze
