Tomato Pesto Salsa Bruschetta :These little bruschetta are the perfect accompaniment to an Italian meal. But they're also good as just a snack, or they make great party munchies.
French baguette, sliced into 3/4-inch thick slices
1 jar Texas on the Plate Texas Meets Tuscany Tomato Pesto Salsa
Shredded Asiago cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange the bread slices on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Spread some of the Tomato pesto Salsa on each piece and top with some of the shredded Asiago cheese. Bake in preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot or at room temperature. Makes about 20 pieces.
