Oriental Chicken Pasta Salad :
8 oz. Fussily Pasta (cooked)
2 Cups Shredded Chicken (cooked)
4 oz. Fresh Pea Pods (blanched and cut length-wise)
4 Green Onions (cut into rings)
1 1/2 Cups Thinly Sliced Mushrooms
1 Cup Robert Rothschild Peanut Ginger Dressing
1 tsp Sesame Oil
To Taste Salt & Pepper
Combine cooked pasta, chicken, pea pods, green onions, and mushrooms in a mixing bowl and toss gently.
In a small mixing bowl, stir together the Peanut Ginger Marinade & Dressing, sesame oil, and pepper. Pour over salad and mix thoroughly.
Chill well and garnish with toasted pecans or sesame seeds before serving.
