Chilled Asparagus Bundles with Lemon Dill Sauce :
1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Lemon Dill Sauce
Green onion tips
Asparagus
Blanch asparagus, cool to room temperature and set aside. Slice tips of green onions length wise into 1/2 to 1/4 inch strips to use as ties. Stack 5-7 pieces of asparagus in the middle of the green onion slice and tie to hold asparagus together. Do this to quantity desired. Drizzle Lemon Dill Sauce over asparagus bundles and serve.
