<H1>Devilish Enchiladas -- Rustlin' Rob's Texas Gourmet Foods Shopping Cart</H1> <B>$0.00</B> <P> Devilish Enchiladas : <BR>1 1/2 lbs. cooked and shredded chicken or beef <BR>2 tsp butter <BR>1 large onion chopped <BR>2 cloves of garlic minced <BR>1 (4oz) canned diced green chiles <BR>1/2 tsp chilli powder <BR>1/2 tsp oregano <BR>2-3 drops Satans Blood Hot Sauce <BR>4 cups of enchilada sauce <BR>2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese <BR>12 corn tortillas <BR>Saute onion and garlic in butter until soft, add chicken or beef and mix well. Blend together; green chiles, chile powder, oregano, 1/2 cup of enchilada sauce, Hot Sauce , salt to taste, blend with meat and set aside. <BR>Grease a 9x13" pan, and place each tortilla in a bowl of enchilada sauce and coat well; then lay in pan. Place 2-4 tbl meat mixture in each tortilla and 2 tbl of cheese; roll and place seam down, When finished cover remaining enchiladas sauce, top with cheese. Bake in a 350 oven for 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
