Layered Nacho Dip :
16 oz. Refried beans
1 lb. Chuck, ground
1 package Taco seasoning
1 1/2 cups Mesquite Fired Salsa
16 oz. Sour cream
1 cup Cheddar cheese, finely shredded
1/2 cup Black olives, chopped
1/2 cup Green onions, chopped
As desired Jalapeno peppers
Use a 13x9 inch or an 8x8 inch cake pan. Begin with first layer-use refried beans and spread out on bottom of the pan.
Second layer-brown ground chuck and add seasonings, spread over beans.
Third layer-any Salsa spread over ground chuck.
Fourth layer-spread sour cream over salsa. Sprinkle cheddar cheese, black olives and green onions over top. Garnish with jalapeno peppers if desired.
