Layered Dip :
1 can 16 oz. Black Bean Dip
8 oz. sour cream
1/3 jar Fredericksburg Farms Watershed Ranch Roasted Chipotle Salsa
2 peeled, seeded and mashed avacados
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
4 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 large chopped tomato
3 diced green onions
6 slices fried and crumbled bacon
1 can chopped ripe black olives
Use a 9 inch casserole dish.
Spread the black bean dip evenly over the bottom of a dish.
Mix sour cream with Fredericksburg Farms Watershed Ranch Roasted Chipotle Salsa and spread evenly over the bean dip.
Mix the avacados with lemon juice and spread evenly over the sour cream.
Mix the two cheeses and sprinkle evenly.
Sprinkle tomato, onions, bacon, and olives.
Chill for two hours.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
