8 ounce package cream cheese
8 ounce tub cool whip
10 ounce jar Raspberry Apricot Pecan Preserves
1 prepared graham cracker crust
Beat the cream chees with a mixer until light and fluffy.
Add 1/2 jar preserves and mix well.
Fold in 1/2 tub cool whip.
Pour into prepared pie crust.
Spread remainder of preserves over the pie.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
You may wish to add fresh friut slices : strawberries, peaches or raspberries.
Top with remaining cool whip and serve.
