Pinto Beans(Directions on package): 1 10 ounce can of Original Rotel ( or salsa of your choice) 10 cups of water Bring beans and 5 cups of water to a boil in a 4 quart sauce pan, reduce heat to medium and cook for 1 hour. Add water as needed. Put in a can of Original Rotel ( or salsa), continue to cook for 15 minutes. Add seasoning pack. Simmer until done. *For spicier beans use Mexican oe Extra Hot Rotel. *For a bolder and flavorful taste add ham hock or bacon.
