A dry Viognier fermented and matured in neutral French oak for 10 months. Aromas of honey suckle and mangos with flavors of peach, pineapple and subtle hints of oak. . The palate is a lot more vibrant than previous years, with subtle flavors of cantaloupe, Asian pears and green apple. This wine will continue to improve over the next 2-3 years but could warrant up to 5 years.
