This fruit is wrapped in clove, leather, smokey cedar box, and some earthy notes that open and evolve over time. The mid palette blends seamlessly into a lingering vanillin finish. A finely balanced and integrated wine with ample acid and soft broad tannins for both fullness of mouth and longevity. </td>

Rutherford Hill keeps putting out quality juice at affordable prices. The 25th Anniversary Cabernet has aromas of a new cedar closet and blackberries. The flavors are of juicy berries with a touch of Indian spices. Full, rich tannins on the palate are enjoyable now, but will hold up to some bottle age. Drink now until 2010.</p>
