<td valign="top" style="color:#666666;"> Dry rosé wines have been surging in popularity among American wine drinkers and we are proud to offer Rutherford Hill Napa Valley Rosé to the growing fan-base. In Europe copious amounts of rosé wines are consumed. The Italians call wines of this style rosato, and the Spanish say, rosado. Rosé wines are naturally food-friendly, crowd-pleasing and approachable. It is easy to see why Americans are embracing these versatile wines. The winemaking step called saignée is employed to create the wine’s translucent ruby color. Barrel aging and malolactic fermentation add complexity to this delightful wine.
