Fried Pork Chops with gravy, bicuits, and Texas Wild plum jam : 1 package frozen, ready to bake, biscuits 1 package pork chops, dove, or quail flour for meat and gravy milk for gravy 1- 8 ounce jar Plum jam salt and pepper to taste Bake biscuits according to package directions.Flour and fry pork chops, dove, or quail in vegetable oil. For gravy add flour to drippings and stir until brown,then add milk and stir until thick. Serve meat with gravy, biscuits and Wild Plum Jam.
