Pasilla De Oaxaca Chili Con Queso Dip : Gooey, drippy, spicy Chili Con Queso Dip is a Texas party standard. Serve it in a chafing dish or crock pot with some good corn tortilla chips and you've got yourself an instant party with some really good grub! Our version, with Fischer & Wieser's Texas on the Plate Pasilla de Oaxaca Chili Sauce, takes the flavor of the dip to a whole 'nother level. 1 pound Easy-Melt cheese, cut into small chunks 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 (10-ounce) can Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes & Chilies and their liquid 1/2 cup Texas on the Plate Pasilla de Oaxaca Sauce Combine all ingredients in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Cook, stirring often, until cheese has melted and mixture is creamy. Continue to cook for 20 more minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
