engineering right here in the USA and delivering years of racing
domination. PFC components win Championships in many forms
ofprofessional racing series including Champ Car, ALMS, Rolex, World
Challenge, Grand-Am Koni, WTCC, Australian V8 Supercars, and others. <br>
<p>The E36 M3 kit was specifically designed to meet
the needs of the BMW Performance enthusiast and racer. Brake bias is moved
slightly to the rear for improved braking performance in both front-only and
4-wheel applications.

<div style="margin-left: 40px;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Three front options:</span><br>
<br>
Z44 kit with 4-piston Monobloc calipers, 323mm x 32mm pin-drive floating rotors.<br>
<br>
Z45 kit with 4-piston 2-piece calipers, 323mm x 32mm pin-drive floating
rotors.  2-piece calipers are legal for BMW Club Racing Prepared
class racing rules.<br>

Z31 kit with 4-piston Monobloc calipers, 355mm x 32mm pin-drive floating rotors.<br>
<br>
All front kits can be used alone and will maintain correct bias with original rear brakes.<br>

Rear</span>: <br>
<br>
Z29 kit with 2-piston calipers, 321mm x 20mm pin-drive
floating rotors.<br>
<br>
<span style="text-decoration: underline;">All front and rear kits</span> are provided complete
with stainless steel brake lines, Z-Rated street pads (track pad
substitution available), and all necessary mounting hardware and
brackets.  </div>
<p><b>Caliper details:</b></p>

<p>FRONT:<br>

The 4-piston <u>Z31 (355mm x32mm disk)</u> and <u>ZR44 (323mm)</u> calipers are Monobloc designs, machined from a single piece of aluminum billet
for maximum strength from an FEA-created design that optimizes weight while
keeping the caliper rigid. The unique Z31 caliper uses four pads per caliper
- one per piston for an incredible bite and the ability to mix pad selection for
mixed-use cars.<br>
<br>
The 4-piston <u>Z45 caliper (323mm disk)</u> is a 2-piece (BMW Prepared
legal) design. Unlike every other 2-piece caliper on the market that is
cast and machined, the PFC Z45 caliper is a full billet piece, machined
from a single piece of alloy. Caliper halves are bolted together with a
total of 6 mil-spec bolts and nuts (not threaded into the other caliper
half), plus a structural bridge. These two features make this caliper
both incredibly light and incredibly strong to reduce flex.<br><br>
REAR:<br><br>
The Z29 caliper (321mm x 20mm disk) in the rear is a 2-piece design that is a full billet piece, machined from a single piece of
alloy. Caliper halves are bolted together with a total of four mil-spec
bolts and nuts (not threaded into the other caliper half). These two
features make this caliper both incredibly light and incredibly strong to reduce
flex.<br><br>
Calipers are finished in your choice of red, silver, or black.</p>

<p><b>Rotors</b></p>
<blockquote>
<p>The Performance Friction rotors used in all
kits are the newest V2 Direct Drive Rotors. Made from a precision
casting, all external surfaces are machined to tolerances of 0.004",
including the OD of the vein area that most manufacturers leave
rough-cast. This is the only rotor that are mechanically,
thermally, and dynamically balanced. This means you will never warp them because
they are balanced in all situations, all temperatures. New V2 hardware
reduces weight an additional half pound from the already light V1
components. Front rotors are either 323x32mm or 355x32, rear are
321x20mm - properly sized to maximize performance and reduce weight.</p>
