<li><font color="#000000" face="Arial">After swapping the shifters in your car, send the old one <span style="text-decoration: underline;">with a copy of your invoice</span>
using the included pre-paid UPS label (simply put the old one in the
same box, tape it up, put on the label, and call 1-800-PICK-UPS for a
driver to come and get it).</font></li>
