On the nose, look for bright green apple, floral orange blossoms and white peaches. Texturally it’s similar to Viognier, but with clean Granny Smith Apple flavors, mineral complexity and a touch of peach. This wine finishes with a clean, crisp, fresh fruit taste and a perfect acid balance. Food Pairings This wine plays well with a range of light dishes. In the cheese department, its crisp acidity begs for a fromage of similar character – try a good goat cheese / Chèvre. Cheers!
