The leather selected is full grain, vegetable tanned, analinedyed, German cowhide. Full grain for longevity and durability.Vegetable tanned and analine dyed for retention of suppleness andnatural qualities.

The spring tree is a unique combination of a composite materialand recessed, unbreakable stirrup bars. The tree remainsstrong, yet flexible. It is not affected by moisture and will notwarp over time. Thie stirrup bars will not interfere with therider's comfort or contact. The "spring" is a result oftensioning materials that counterbalance each other. Thewebbing and the steel bars work together, creating a shockabsorbing system. When a rider sits upon the saddle, the"spring" is activated. The webbing flexes to diminish theimpact of the rider's weight, the steel bars prevent the webbingfrom simply caving in. The tree disperses your weightthroughout the saddle, from front to back.

These saddles are individually crafted. Many steps aredone by hand. There are eight seat sizes, six seat depthsavailable, mutiple tree widths, flap lengths and a wide variety ofleather choices.

One additional option is the special Biomex seat, made with aninnovative design and material to significantly reduce a rider'sback pain. TheReactorPanel Saddle is a revolutionary design! The saddle sits ontwo panels- one on each side of the spine - which are designed tomove with the horse. The panels attach to the saddle tree with fourshock absorbing discs that have Velcro on each side AND the saddlerests on the panels in the center (roughly under the twist) - it isnot "suspended" in the air. The discs can be repositioned easily,making it possible to get a custom fit for your horse. The front toback balance is achieved by using different sized discs, and it'soften possible to adjust the saddle to compensate for lack ofsymmetry or muscle atrophy in your horse.
