The goal in making cool Fish Dry Rose was to be as far away as possible from White Zinfandel and its taste.
Cool Fish Dry Rose is made of cofermenting of two unusual grapes. French Colombard (90%) and Petit Syrah (10%).
The fruit, flowery taste of French Colombard combined with a touch of sweet and spicy taste of Petit Syrah created this unique blend.
After many and matching with seafood, out result showed adding 10% Chardonnay makes the wine dryer and a superb match for seafood.
