Cool Fish Pinot Grigio 2005 is made from the grapes grown in some of California's best vineyards. It is fermented in stainless steel and has no oak flavors. Continuing in Cool Fish tradition of blending to bring out the best in seafoods. Our wine maker and chef blended 10% Chardonnay to the Pinot Grigio to create a strong mid palate. This wine hints of citrus. Grapefruit and traces of green apples. It has bright acidity to cut through seafood dishes. It particularly goes well with Tuna and Orange Roughy.
