Winemaking Notes
Just a few miles north of the town of Napa, in the middle of the Oak Knoll District, lies the 3-acre Clift family vineyard. The fruit from this farm produces very small yet intense berries with concentrated flavor and color.
We so loved this 2004 Napa Valley fruit that we decided to make a single vineyard Clift Cabernet Sauvignon and bottle it under our Tudal Family label.
Tasting Notes
Gorgeous, perfumed floral nose combined with mixed dark fruit and black currant. Full-bodied with plum and berries on the palate, a round mouthfeel with earthy tannins on the finish. This is made in a very pleasing drink me tonight style.
