Winemaking Notes<BR><BR>2004 brought us fruit characteristic of an early spring, and a slow and steady ripening period that ended with a fast, hot finish several weeks ahead of traditional harvest timelines. Although the crop was smaller than expected, the quality was outstanding. 2004 Tudal Cabernet Sauvignon is a memorable vintage - great garnet color, ripe flavor concentration and tannin extraction.<BR><BR>Tasting Notes<BR><BR>Deep opaque color, elegant perfumed nose of cassis, blackberries and spicebox. Loads of lush berry fruit give an opulent round mouthfeel. Soft resolved tannins on the finish make this wine ready to drink now and yet able to last five to seven years. Great with hearty stews and pastas. <BR></P>
