Each camper requires a separateregistration form.

Camp Policies

During theworkshop, we will be taking still pictures and videos that may beused on our website and reports. As the Parent or Guardian, you areproviding permission to use the student's photographs and videotaken during the camp.

The success of thecamp is dependent upon the participation of all students for allsessions in the camp. As the Parent or Guardian,you are providing consent for your student to participate in theentire week-long camp.

If you registerand have to cancel for emergency reasons, please emailwiit@uncg.edu with the subject "WIIT: Registration Cancellation" nolater than 5:00P on May 31st, 2013. This willensure that we can immediately contact students on the waitinglist. The $75 workshop fee will be refunded to only those whocancel prior to the Friday May 31st,2013 cancellation deadline. As the Parent or Guardian, youare agreeing that you have read and understood the cancellationpolicy.
