Grace. An aperitif Chardonnay that was 7 years in the making. Our own eau de vie of chardonnay blended with brilliant, fresh pressed chardonnay juice and aged in French oak. The result is nothing short of heavenly. Aromatics of lemon zest, rich toast, ripe pears lay across sweet, succulent fruit.
It's as though the flavors and aromas of the sun-drenched season are bottled up for today's enjoyment.
Savor before the meal with most cheeses, pate, and of course, foie gras.
