Ours is a truly unique (and we really mean it) fortified aperitif. There is almost no winery whose fortified wine is 100% estate grown. We take our own pinot noir and distill it. Then we add that wine spirit to fresh pressed pinot noir and age it in barrels for years. This particular blend is from 4 vintages. It is an intensely satisfying pinot noir experience.
