The design, technology and comfort of these models is a direct reflection of Zamberlan's 75 year history of handcrafting leather boots. The FWS (foot wrapping system) used in several of these models reduces the number of seams in the Upper thus resulting in a true "one piece" construction- a technique requiring years of experience and knowledge. Additional care has been taken with the development of the sole package of these boots. They have been designed in conjunction with VIBRAM to provide improved stability and traction while negotiating uneven and/or steep terrain and can be resoled to allow for many years of use.
