Default values for all Online Shipping Tools options are available at Settings / Compatible Software / Online Shipping Tools / Preferences. In the case of label creation tools such as UPS Shipping, the default value may also be overridden for any individual shipment when creating a label from the Order Detail screen. Delivery Confirmation for UPS Shipping (including Delivery Confirmation Signature Required and Delivery Confirmation Adult Signature Required) is one such option, and default values may be set independently for shipments with Restricted products and shipments without Restricted products.
