I defined an attribute as "MORE PICTURES" with 3 values - Pict A, Pict B etc. The attribute shows with the product but I cannot associate pictures with them. I am never given the option to outload the pictures. How do I cause the system to give me the option of outloading pictures?

You must select Define by SKU in your product images. Then you will have the opportunity to upload the specific images against the specific SKU on the last page of the edit product.
