Is it possible to remove one of two Ship To Addresses in an order? A customer split his order into two Ship To Addresses despite desiring all products to ship to the same location, thus incurring higher shipping charges.

Deleting all of the Line Items to a Ship To Address deletes that Ship To Address. Canceling those Line Items effectively does the same, although the data remains. The deleted/canceled products can then be replaced by adding new Line Items.
