How do I set the order in which Shipping Options are listed to customers in the Online Store?

Options relating to shipping are found at Settings/Shipping in the Order Management System. The order in which Shipping Options are listed in the Online Store is set by Shipping Zone at Edit Shipping (Page 3 or Page 7, depending on your configuation).
