How do I add a legal disclaimer that requires that our customers be 21 years of age to order our products. Is there a way to do that? Thanks.

You may activate the legal disclaimer (OMS/Settings/Policies, Addendums/Legal Disclaimer) with a message that indicates the customer is at least 21 years of age. You may opt to make this required so the customer must check a box to agree to the terms before submitting their order. This legal disclaimer appears on the last page of the checkout right above the Submit Order button. If you need to capture their birthdate, you may add a custom field (Customers/Custom Field). Furthermore, you may opt for IDology's real time age verification (OMS/Settings/Compatible Software).
