Question:How do I set up a wholesale pricing structure? What if I do not want to have these prices available to the retail customers browsing our online store? |
Response:
There are a number of different options available.
You may utilize customer based discounts (In Customers / Customer Number / Discount).
Customer type based discounts (In Customers / Types / Define Customer Discounts by Customer Type)
Product quantity discounts (In Products / Product name / Edit / Price)
Sale amount / item count discounts (In Settings / Order discounts).
The best option to use so that your retail customers do not see wholesale prices is Customer or Customer Type based pricing.
