Adding Products To The Cart Product List Screen Vs. Product Detail Screen
Question:
Why can some of our products be added to the cart from the product list screen while others cannot?
Response:
Products that require a customer to make an attribute selection (size, color, etc) cannot be added to the cart from the product list screen. The customer must first click on a product to visit the product detail screen. Once on the product list screen, the customer can select the appropriate options and add the product to the cart.
