We are setting up an account with Bank Card Services for credit card processing. According to them, users must be required to click the check box that states they have read and agree with the return policy before they can complete an order. Now they also are telling me that they must be able to see the return policy at that point. Because it is in the cart frame, it does not appear on the final page. How can I link from the Legal Disclaimer to the Return Policy text?

A good solution to this is to add the text from your "Return Policy" to the "Security Disclaimer" (Settings/Policies, Addendums, and Disclaimers) and activate the "I Agree" checkbox.
