Quoting UPS and FedEx Negotiated Rates - Real Time Rates

My shipping company provides me with preferred (negotiated) rates. Can I pass that savings on to my customers and quote them my real time negotiated rates?

You can quote negotiated or discounted shipping rates with both UPS and FedEx. To activate this feature, go to Settings/Compatible Software/Online Shipping Tools Preferences/.
Note: with UPS there is an additional step; you must contact your UPS Account Executive and ask that they activate Account Based Rating for User ID YourUserID and Shipper Number YourShipperNumber. UPS reports that the typical turnaround time on such a request is 2-3 days.
