Storefront Title, Meta Description and Meta Keyword Values

When entering my online store and selecting "View/Source" in my browser, I see a title and meta description tag. How can I change the values for these elements?

The storefront meta description and keyword values can be modified in the Order Management System. Visit Layout/Edit Main Layout/Storefront for the standard online store and Layout/Edit Mobile Layout for the mobile-friendly store.
