Locating Order Status and Tracking Status - Customers and Users
How can I or a customer locate tracking or order status information?
Customers may log in to their account to check the status of their packages. They should also receive an order confirmation email with an Order Status link. This also applies to tracking information once the package has been shipped. If you have activated the "Shipped Email" (in Settings / Boolean Options - Edit / Shipped Email), customers will receive an email when the order status changes to Shipped. Customers can follow the link to see package tracking details if you have activated Package Tracking (select by carrier) in Settings / Compatible Software - Edit / Online Shipping Tools.
Order Management System users can navigate to Orders / Order Number and locate the details of the order in question.
