I am trying to submit new product photos in the shopping cart, but each time I submit a photo and try to resize it, it says it's too big a file and exceeds the 100K max. How can I get it to change the file size in accordance with the limits set out in nexternal?

Your photos will need to be resized to under 100k before you try to upload to Nexternal.
