Displaying Categories In Your Ecommerce Storefront.
Question:
Why is a category being displayed in the Order Management System but not in the storefront.
Response:
This scenario can happen for a few reasons.
First, be sure the the category is active by navigating to Categories and checking that the Active label is set to Yes.
Second, be sure the category visibility is setup correctly. Navigate to Categories / Category Name / Edit / Visibility. If the Visibility is set to Internal, None, or B2B your public customers will not be able to see it.
