When I try to create an Endicia label I get the following error: "Your Endicia label could not be created for the following reason: "Missing or invalid data element. From Phone"
How can I fix this?

Endicia requires a 10 digit phone number. You will need to make sure the phone number you have on file with Endicia is valid and matches the Customer Service Phone Number in the OMS (Settings/General Information). You will need to contact Endicia to confirm this.
