I am getting this error: Last Automated SEF Catalog Feed: 7/7/2009 Result: Error - Unable to log in to your FTP server – what does that mean and how can I fix it?

You will need to check that your FTP information in your Order Management System matches that on your server.
Go to Products/Export Traffic Tools/Preferences and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Under “ Automated Search Engine Friendly Catalog Upload” note your FTP details and match them up against those on your server. The details must be correct in your Nexternal preferences for the feed to go through successfully.
