How do I import customers from an existing Word or Excel file into Nexternal?
Response:
Go to Customers/Import/Customer Import/Next to download the preformatted excel file to copy and paste customer data into from your excel document. When you are finished filling out the file, save it then go to Customers/Import/Customer Import/Next/Set criteria to "Add", then scroll to the bottom of the screen to browse for your file to upload. It is highly recommended to first test with a few customer profiles to upload before uploading the bulk of your customers.
