Is there a feature that will display the % discount of an item when it is on sale and not just the price discounted?

There is no feature to automatically display the discounted percentage when a product is put on sale, but a good place to add this would be the product short or long description field. Also, by turning on 'Cart Display Savings' in Settings/Boolean Options, the cart will include and highlight product savings.
