The time date stamp is not in line with out time zone here in Louisville KY. How do we change to have accurate time stamping for messages?

By default, the Order Management System displays timestamps using U.S. Pacific Time (GMT -08:00). If you wish to make an adjustment to match your time zone, you may add or subtract hours to the default timestamp. Use a positive number to add hours, or a negative number to subtract hours. To do this navigate to settings>site options (edit)>Time adjustment
